OK...here is my first blog post on WA. I just wanted to share that I am happy with my decision to check out WA and what it has to offer. I have also decided to become a premium member, so I will continue to expand my online presence.

Aside from my other interests online, I do enjoy finding articles and audios to help oneself with meditation and/or relaxing the mind and body. I am a fairly high-strung person, so I need to find ways to help balance myself out, so I don't crash and burn. Sometimes I crash and burn anyway.
Anywho, hope everyone here on WA who might be interested in this resource finds it enjoyable and helpful.
