TO THE PUBLIC WHO REQUEST SERVICE FROM NEW LITTLE FIRMS:
Being a new and upcoming/ learning business owner, we too, just like you are human. Please do not disgrace an error we have done by Facebook posting embarrassing messages :( . Its truly so sad. The chinese and indians take care of their own, whether blood or not. This is, where we, as a coloured "family" break each other in :(. NOBODY WAS BORN A PERFECT BUSINESS PERSON, BUT WE WERE BORN TO TRY. I have not yet made my human err in my Business (fairly New, still trying to grow, still have lots to learn, and will never be perfect, as God even accepts me as I humbly am). If ANYBODY you see is trying in your community within the entire Kzn, my brothers and Sisters, PLEASE, HELP US TO HELP YOU! Be proud that we are, under certain circumstances we have grown under, and lived with for life, trying to accomplish a dream we've had some time and now attempted. If I were president, I would invest at least R10 000 to each new registered firm that gets approved by Cipro, just to say, thank you for trying to IMPROVE calibre' in our communities.
New Business owners:
Hi guys. Please ALWAYS be honest, straight forward and firm WITH clients. Our rule is "the client is ALWAYS right." Sadly, even if they are not right, we have only the choice to sue under our rights of public deformation of character and wait for court appearance whilst our names have been tarnished already :( . I speak not of experience as I have not yet come across a client or reasonong, but I speak with a broken heart at a client who has tarnished one of our community members, a new business owner and indeed, did have a personal issue going on, hence the delay of the service not being put through.

Unfortunately, its been only her third client who made a purchase of a service which she did whole heartedly, even prouder than the statue of liberty as an independent coloured sister now climbing to her dream!
1) The service deposit was paid for
2) The service was provided
3) The service end product was not delivered after a month as per agreed stipulated agreement. The photos
What happened??????
The business lady was shy and embarrassed about it, and did not reveal to her client that her brother had stolen the finished, laminated, tip top glossed product out her home at a time he popped in "apparently wanting chow" as she stated to me. Her brother is a hoenga addicted fallen brother of our own who is min as long as he gets his shit :(
"Oh Tanya! What do I do?" She wailed to me crying weakly, as if a reminder to the day I cried when My Mom passed. This company is her hope, her dream, her only way out... she believed in herself and even did my "TPT Course " which she passed with flying aced rainbow colours. Today, almost 2 months after agreement date is over, she came to me.
Her mistake was honesty:
YES YOU HAD THE ONLY PICTURES!
TIP: in services as such, always keep a backup copy as these are forever treasure pics you are holding (I also offer this service when my clients book with me at the THE OLD FORT CHAPEL). Years or even months later, anything can happen and your client may JUST call you back to be a saviour of a certain SPECIAL pic that was removed or maybe the cd or entire album damaged or stolen. Its up to you if you want that same client to EXPOSE your service and number in business to grow. I speak not only with regards to photogenic services, but to all who provide ANY means of service. BE A HERO SUPPLIER, KEEP THAT BACKUP!
Solution to this matter:
Fortunately I have given her above lesson which she now has applied, but sadly, has lost lots of trust until the client removes his post from Facebook :(. All she can do now is be HONEST WITH HER CLIENT, and tell her what happened...
(Fortunately the task team called in has found her brother and the photos have been recovered for delivery. She will return all monies paid by the client returned in full. I Will help her).
IF GOD WANTED US PERFECT, WE WOULD HAVE NOT HAD FREEDOM OUR OWN CHOICES, AND ROAM AROUND NAKED WITH NO KNOWLEDGE!
