To enjoy the heart of life, you have to love what you do in writing, in a journal, or sharing with your spouse. Or even if you're a Christian, and you talk with the Lord. I always try to write it down, so I can go back in my journal and see where God has answered my prayer. It's always good and it feels good to see how far you have come. Writing out goals and keep to it. You always have to start somewhere, and if something come up where you can't keep to where you want to be. Then there is another day, each day is a new beginning, a new start, it's awesome when you've kept the course and you made it a promise to yourself. You did it, blessings.
