Is this enough both for FTC and Amazon Affiliate regulations?
Hi guys, since FTC said that there should be affiliate disclosure on every post with affiliate links, do you think that this is enough?
They also said that it would be great if there's affiliate disclosure next to every affiliate link, but I think that's not good for user experience, so I have put it this way.
I have put the text in the widget and placed it to the top of all sidebar widgets.

Sidebars don't show on mobile devices until after the content. So no, this is not good enough. Affiliate Disclosures, FTC Guidelines, and Amazon Rules

As others have stated that it'll be an issue with the mobile devices. I agree. I think you might want to put it below your first paragraph(recommended) before getting into the main discussion or before your first affiliate link. I make up my own affiliate disclosure. You don't have to copy from FTC. For Amazon, you can do the same, but make sure you state that clearly using the Amazon brand name. If you are an amazon affiliate, you don't need FTC Affiliation regulation. But if you are still in doubt, it doesn't hurt to add it. All the best!
