Find who made 1' d in google plus
Once you open the google plus page on the left, click the drop down menu "Profile".
Click on the post for which you want to check.
On the post, next your name you can find "public" which means it is visible to any one or any where.
Click next to public, will find "shared publicly" and "view activity" on the bottom of the post.
Click on "view activity" a new window shows names.
That's it
Make it "shared publicly"
