Stress free
We have all had challenging weeks that seem to drag on and on. Well I made it through this week and I am thankful! Yay!!!
My new job of three weeks was stressing me out and you all know I am not about stress and staying in stress when you can avoid it. So I put my foot down and I gave my notice that I could not continue to work there. I needed the money but I was not going to put up with it. Stress kills.
Amazing! My boss is willing to change to keep me and her boss wants to do whatever it takes to make me happy there. And what a change Friday was an stress free day at work. I feel truly blessed at how a whole situation can change in blink of an eye.
As long as I have money to pay my bills, I can do my health studies, and my family is healthy and happy, then all is right with the universe and I am good!

Glad things turn out better even it you need the money the stress is not worth it, I use to have a stressful job I choose a job making less money and I have been a lot happier that's what really matters anyway

Hi Pat, I am glad you showed them what you thought of them, otherwise nothing would have changed. You won and I am so happy for you. I wouldn't put up with anybody's BS, I actually had the similar situation when I started my current job. It was last year in September and I made it clear I was going to leave if my boss continued with his BS. And he realized I was serious and I didn't give a s... about his job, so he changed. Now it's tolerable to work there, but I still can't wait to quit and do what I want to do (I became a financial adviser in the meantime and got my licence). So I know exactly how you feel. Never be afraid to quit, you'll always be able to find a job-that is my philosophy in life. I don't have a good opinion about 'jobs' in general lol! Keep smiling Pat! It will come. I know what you mean Anita. I felt I had to make a stand and my husband is still laid off too so doubly scary. But I had confidence something else would turn up if I left.
