Google just approved my website after just 5 days. Great

Please any idea. I created my website, and I wanted to leave comments and request comments but I can't open my emails from my domain email address because from some reason the emails are not forwarded to the forward email I provided yesterday. And I see that without this I can't leave a comment so will not request either.
