What is Hcard?

I run a clinic the domain is now being hosted here at WA. I need to get the site ranked as a local business, in Jay's webinar November 2015 which is very useful, he mentions using Hcard. Can anyone direct me to some training on this.

So Hcard is a microformat, it's basically code in the backend. You can do a search for Hcard wordpress plugin and get list of plugins that will do this for you. I haven't actually used any of them so I can't recommend any one in particular.
