Store or Not Confused !

Hey There; I am one month in WA today and it has been a fantastic journey for me. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be able to do the things that I can now do and am still learning new things every day.

When I joined this wonderful community I was as green as a cabbage and very inexperienced and also did not know where I was going. I mean I knew what my niche was and I do know a bit about it. I want to sell my product which is jewellery and this is where my problem arises.

I was a few days in to the training and building my site when I realised that affiliate marketing is what WA is really all about and that my vision of having a store was not really going to work because of the set up here at WA. So i changed direction and maybe I am wrong in my perception of things and I signed up to a lot of jewellery programmes and was accepted into most of them.

Now I am finding out as I move on(I am in Progress Course 4 lesson 7)that I have to many advertising widgets on my site. I am confused now because I cannot have many links on my site and I cannot advertise other jewellery shops on my site because google will not like it.There is no point in me just having a few products in this niche as I feel it will not work but with all the restrictions being imposed it seems all I can do is just have a few.I do have my own source for jewellery which is an excellent and very competitive source and my plan was to put these on my site here in WA as I would need shopping carts and checkouts etc, I have not come across training here for this and I do understand now why that is. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing I cannot say

I would love to get other views on this but please be mindful of my inexperience and I hope I am making sense and not causing confusion.
