Focused on present.
When we able to live our life in the present moment without disproportional worry about future and bitterness about the past, we can find our present focus, or Mindfulness.

Weird. I'm actually in mindfulness classes at the VA right now and they teach you some cool stuff for when you get stuck in your thinking. I actually look forward to the classes. Living in a non judgemental way really does free up your mind.
According to Collin Tipping ( the author of "Radical Forgiveness), an average person has 60% of his thoughts about past, 10% about future, and only 30% of the current moment. We are not present in the life we live... Meditation and mindfulness teach us to stay in the present moment and be grounded, that provides a relief from ruminating about the past and worrying about the future.
Cool. I like practicing mindfulness. Its not easy but it does make sense and allows you to enjoy the here and now.
