Page speed insights. It helps but it isn't ultimately completely reliable and will fluctuate.
Use the Google page speed insight to help improve your site but not everything flagged can be fixed and not everything is super critical.
My A2Z Tech Fix a2ztechfix.com website had some issues with large images. Fixed with Kraken.io but it flags some stuff that is part of the theme as false positives and complains about the Google map in my footer as a false positive.

It fluctuates the rating from 50-80 continuous in mobile and 60-90+ in desktop and I think that may be from the caching SiteSpeed. It's weird. Either way the page loads just fine in both platforms without issues.
I also question it's performance because sites that have themes and their ratings that show 8-90's... Google Page speed insight gives the demo a score last night a score that we up to 40 points lower.
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up and let them know what I found.
