Today, I must say is not a good day. After struggling for 2 weeks to complete my first product review, I have managed to do a so so boring review. I'm still learning so I decided to post it anyway and move forward with the training. Thinking today was going to be a great day! Wrong!
I noticed today that my site is not secure. I finally found some Q&A here on WA regarding this matter. There was some advice that I would need to go add a plug in called Really Simple SSL. I proceed to add this pug in and activate it. I received an error message saying Really Simple SSL failed to detect a SSL certificate for my site an directed me to a website to check a server test for my site. I type in my site and I recieve a message stating not found! Mind you I have my own domain but it says only site found is my old siterubix.com site!
Okay I know time to go to site support right? Wrong again. I go try to input my question and add my troubles to the box and it will not allow me to put anything in and send!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's only 9:10am, I have already had 2 cups of coffee and I'm ready for today to be over! Is there anyone here at WA that could help me out or at least point me in the direction for help? Please and thank you for saving my already bad day!
