If you want to have a record of site visitors, indexed pages etc etc before you switched to https then keep the http sites in Search Console.
If you don't then you can delete them once you're sure the https site is working Ok and you dont have to go back to http. But might as well leave then as they arent doing any harm.
No need to do anything with Analytics. Dont touch it at all. It will keep tracking the data just as before.

I like the theme (BlogPost Lite) but I can't seem to put a date inside my posts. Could anyone please help me? Thanks! :)

Usually when you go to 'all posts' the date will be the 6th column along, do you not have that?
Thank you for the help. Yes I do have it but it just won't show in my blog. I tried numerous plugins and they didn't work.
You might take a look at this and see if it fits the bill, but I haven't had this request before.

Thank you so much, it worked! The dates show up at the bottom of my posts. Although appearing at the top of my blog posts would be much better. :)

Thanks a lot! I'm clear now.
