My Progress at Wealthy Affiliate

Hi everyone

I'm completing Course 2 and am blogging about my progress here at Wealthy Affiliate. In fact, this will be my first ever blog here and i'm quite excited about it.

My progress so far is quite confusing :-) . I've started with the Certification Courses Course 1 and started working on my website http://www.dressesomg.com i parallel. Very interesting stuff indeed as I was introduced with topics like SEO, keywords... etc. These are things that I never really heard about before coming to WA and now I can understanfd their importance in generating traffic.

My natural curiosity caused that I then drifted towards WA affiliate program and the affiliate bootcamp. Again, superb content and trainings. I started working on another website http://www.bewealthybefree.com.

During all this, I met a friend who was interested in creating a website for her new company. She was trying to start her business as a wedding planner and I said: 'Why Not?". And so, I started working on yet another website http://www.1001creations.mu

I am now (trying) to concentrate on the certification courses to get my website start generating money through affiliate program. I am somewhat generating some money by ordering stuff online for my fellow countrymen and applying a 15% fee as commission. But my ultimate goal is to make the website generate money by itself through affiliate marketing.

I am quite proud about where I stand now. I mean, I don't know if that's the best thing to do not to concentrate on only one program or website. What are your views on this?

But i'm quite happy to have been able to create these websites and learn so much and at the same time take care of my family and my two kids and still work my socks off at work... I really feel great about that. Even if my websites are not yet consistently generating money (i'm sure they will), I feel success now and that more is at hand.

As you can see, time has just flown by during these 6 months or so.

For the next months, i'll continue working on my websites, concentrating a bit more on the Certification Courses. I hope to be able to register my first $$ soon.
