Just a quick share for you all, I downloaded a really nice little book called 'Buddha in Blue Jeans' by Tai Sheridan and I'm loving it so much that I wanted to share it with you all.
I am not Buddhist was curious about mindfulness and meditation so I started looking on Amazon for books on the topic. Anyway I came across 'Buddha in Blue Jeans' which is a really beautiful, simple, short book that gives you some really cool pointers about life and how you live.
And he best bit is that you can download it for free on Kindle, if you don't have Kindle there is an app you can get for your smart phone or tablet, there may be something for your PC or laptop but I'm not sure.
