A little book with a big impact
Just a quick share for you all, I downloaded a really nice little book called 'Buddha in Blue Jeans' by Tai Sheridan and I'm loving it so much that I wanted to share it with you all.
I am not Buddhist was curious about mindfulness and meditation so I started looking on Amazon for books on the topic. Anyway I came across 'Buddha in Blue Jeans' which is a really beautiful, simple, short book that gives you some really cool pointers about life and how you live.
And he best bit is that you can download it for free on Kindle, if you don't have Kindle there is an app you can get for your smart phone or tablet, there may be something for your PC or laptop but I'm not sure.

Gosh. I just read this in my cloud reader in about 3 minutes. It it so simple and yet so very, very thought provoking. I loved it, so thank you. I "learned" or thought I did, about being still in your body and mind several months ago, but not with everything that is in this book to contemplate. I hope many more people read your blog. This was definitely worth sharing with us all.
So glad you liked it! when I was looking into mindfulness I found a lot of the books out there quite heavy going so I totally loved this little book, I keep re-reading it and I'm trying to take some time each day to practice being still, I'm finding it does help to bring peace of mind :)
