Become the best version of myself to help and inspire others

I am from Portsmouth Uk But I have lived in Southern Spain for the past 20 years. Being blessed with 2 amazing children and 2 awesome grand children my age is 55 years. I´m post menopause

So I trained at college in healh and fitness and had a beauty salon for 5 years in the Uk. But since moving to Spain I became a real estate agent working with English speaking clients.

My passions are my family, health and fitness, horses and property. My goal is to become the best version of myself in all areas of my life. My mission is to learn, help and inspire others to do the same.

I went from a size 10 to a bulging 14. I bought loose clothes to cover it as I believed this was just the aging process. I had to live with it. For some strange reason which I now know were my old beliefs I didnt think there was another way until my brother told me I was looking fat. The shock of him saying this made me ask myself a question. What can I do about this to change my situation?

I started to look for a solution. Then a lady I met at a womens networking event introduced me to a nutrition club and put me on a 21 day fitness challenge. Since then I have lost 15kg dropped back to a size 8/10 and I am full of energy and vitality and now have fitness goals that I am working towards.

This was all down to creating small, daily, healthy habits that I continue to have and tweak as part of my new healthy lifestyle. Through this change I have become inspired to change all other areas of my life for the better. I also want to help other people who want to become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, spiritually and finacially.

I hope to help, inspire and share my findings and results with other like minded people….
