I launched an Amazon Affiliate site on Dec 20th. Its called The Xbox Racing Pro ( http://xboxracingpro.com )- it is a niche website dedicated specifically to racing game enthusiasts.
This is my second website since joining WA in September. I wrote 30 pages of content (including a 10 page buyers guide) in 1.5 weeks and submitted my site map to Google just after the new year.
In a few days I ranked 1st page in Google for several products. I made my first sale on Jan 14 and 2 & 3rd sales yesterday. Haven't even had 100 visitors yet! Already have covered cost for my domain name and website theme.

FYI if anyone needs help with Amazon Affiliate sites let me know, my site was rejected by Amazon on Jan 11 and then was approved on Jan 14. I have a pretty good idea on what is needed to get approved.
