Okay, have found out quite a few interesting things. I am waiting for all to pan out. But, Firefox is dropping all plug ins. They are creating a browser, that can do all. Plug ins as you know can become unstable. I know that WA relies on a ton of plug ins. I think google may be following lead. I read an article within Firefox that the industry is trying to go plug in free. Do not know what exactly this means yet for google and IE, with windows 10 you get micro soft edge as a browser, this browser is like using ie on steroids. Much faster and has apps , widgets, etc. Anyway, my bet is that Firefox is trying to follow micro soft. I mean who wouldn't ? Then google will be there as well. Just something to think about. I do not have the answers. But, you can google fire fox recent announcements on plug ins.

Firefox is not dropping all plugins.
Firefox announced in 2015 that they are starting to drop support for NPAPI plugins like Adobe Shockwave, Adobe Flash Player, Java Runtime Environment and other integrational functionality.
These are old technologies that were inherited from Netscape (NPAPI = Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface) and they are now either obsolete or unsafe (in some cases both).
Other browsers are doing the same. Eventually, Silverlight and Java support will also be dropped.
This is mostly because the functionality that the NPAPI plugins could give is now achieved by HTML5 and other technologies.

These plugins are not at all related to the plugins needed to support and add to Wordpress (not WA) functionality.
They are not in any way affected by this and will always be supported by the browsers as long as the plugin developers keep updating them.

Then why does my newest update of fire fox, have a problem with Jaaxy?

I just tested Jaaxy in Firefox 53.0 and it works perfectly.
Besides, Jaxxy is not a plugin. It is a service accessed via browser and hosted on a server somewhere.

When I put this out, a while ago. I said I was hanging out to see what would happen. After, I wrote this there is a brand new Firefox, I had the beta version. I will be updating. I also, put out that it has its own web writing capabilities.

'Im not sure what you mean about Firefox having web writing capabilities. Do you mean a Firefox Extension like ScribeFire or EasyComment?

They have picked up Java again. As of of the latest news. What browser do you use? Or do you use several to accomplish different tasks, and or things that you may need from day to day.

No, fire fox business.

Elegant themes- Divi has many plugin functions built in to the theme. I think this is the wave of the future!

I know,,,,I have it on my website.
I also have fire fox, Microsoft edge, google chrome etc. These are browsers, without them Plug ins are worthless unless they are supported by your browser. I was just saying that I read an article yesterday that the browser people, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Fire Fox, etc. are looking to go plug in free. Maybe they won't.

Hmmm. This leaves us with more questions than answers... Thanks for sharing the news
