I Been Having Some Health Issues

Hello everyone,
I am writing this post to let everybody know I haven't ignored you, or gotten back to you
cause I didn't want to be bothered. It is because my RSD, and Colitis was acting up.
I just wanted everyone to know this, so you wouldn't think that I was ignoring you. I am back now and It looks like I have a lot comments to go through. I will answer them all, it might take some time but they will get answered. I also have to get back to the training too, I am way behind in that department.
It sucks having these health problems, but I have to deal with them the best I can.
