Faith is the anticipation of things hope for. Or, faith is the anticipation of prosperity and success due to your knowledge and trust.
Fear is the anticipation of pain due to your assumptions and distrust.
So to exchange fear against faith you have to decide to persist in anticipating prosperity and success instead of anticipating pain.
So you have to exchange your negative thoughts, beliefs and vocabulary against positive ones.
