I've been a member for 3 years now and I can say I'm not where I wanna be but i'm not where I was when I started, which mean success is like a ladder every step you make it makes you move foward wether it's a good or a bad step, if its a bad step you learn from it then move foward and if it's a good step you just move foward so either way you are moving foward.
