Drawing more website traffic?

I am doing some consulting work for a Musical Drum Mfg. Although they have a web presense and have had for years they do not utilize this. Even though not promoting they are getting about 100 looks a day to the site. The average stay on the site is 14 minutes, which think is astonishing. To all progessional internet marketers what tips could I could give to draw more people into their website? They do not have a blog on their site so we are adding that, I am looking for other ideas. Please give me your thoughts.
