I posted this to the website help area and created a ticket. Website overall is displaying as designed to viewer but my dashboard and my view of my site from my computer is not good. Anyone experience anything like this before that can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue. At the bottom of my dashboard it advises me that I have timed out and need to log back in as well???

Issues with dashboard and email access

By mwatkins Premium on Friday November 15, 2013 07:29 PM

When I log into my dashboard now everything is lined up to the left side. At the top it says "skip to content" I also upon opening my atmail account to read messages nothing is displayed. When I visit my site it is in the same strange format. I went to my wife's computer and the site displays normally although I do have some issues with text alignment changing on my post from what was originally entered. Has anyone ever experienced this and know how to fix it?

Actually it was Jay Gumbs specific suggestion that saved me!! Want to give credit where credit is due!!

Whew, Fletch 28 came to my rescue! I needed to clear my browser cache in Firefox. All better now. Thanks bobd53 and Beverley for responding to my SOS. More proof of how great the WA community is in helping each other out!!

Occasionally problems arise from the computer itself, I am not saying that it is the problem but I know with my own WP site I could not see the editor when writing posts it turned out that one of my graphic components had shut down stopping me from seeing certain things on my computer. Anyway support should be able to help you Good Luck on that :)

I know it's frustrating, but you have only just posted the ticket and support will come back to you as quickly as they can and hopefully this will be resolved.

(No this hasn't ever happened to me)
