An agent is a chat app that leverages applications as a tool so that your answer is better. It means chat doesn't have to fill in the blanks.

OpenAI just rolled out a new feature called apps that makes chats into agents by adding a word to the front.

The name of the app.

The list is short right now, and it's not accessible in the EU, but it will grow over time:

So how do you start it?

By typing the name of the app as the FIRST WORD in the prompt. Like this:
"Coursera can you help me understand the achieve framework as discussed in Vanderbilt courses on prompt engineering"

If you just ask chat about the framework, it will give you a nice, but incorrect answer.
