I just hit 300 subscribers on my mini pc youtube channel. It's getting around 200 views a day and slowly increasing. Most of my sales are coming from this niche so this is encouraging.
I am learning what my viewers like. One of my product reviews just hit 5000 views, so I am going to make another about a related product.
At the same time, I make some of my videos about more technical things because I think it helps establish me as an expert. And I am getting some views on those so I think it helps.
At the same time, I am getting 5 clicks a day on Bing. That is slowly increasing.
Starting 11/15, my social media campaign should go live on pinterest, facebook and linkedIn. I have some posts but not a stream of them. Will see if that helps!
