Schedule, Schedule, Schedule.

It is amazing how big of importance a schedule is in our lives. Many of us lead very busy lives. We have jobs, kids, family events, side businesses, and I'm sure the list can go on. We set goals and dream of future success.

The reality I'm finding is, you need to schedule to success! If you don't schedule or as many will say plan out your goals and how you will reach them, you probably won't last at it very long without losing focus. During my security career and working for one of Donald Trump's casinos in Atlantic City, I've learned even the many successful people have schedules that need keeping. Mr. Trump certainly kept a tight schedule. One of my tasks I had was to stand by for his chopper and escort him throughout the casino wherever he was going. There was a time of landing and when he was to leave and it was pretty much to the second. So planning not only leads to success but keeps you on track of your priorities as well.

My personal development goal for 2015 because I'm sure it will take some time to master, is to consistently plan all my activities out.

So with 2015 underway, I am going to set a lofty goal to hit that 3,000 mark for referrals by activating several marketing strategies....probably will need an assistant, lol!

I think I will even have the rolls Royce incentive page blown up to a poster so I see it everyday whether I make it online or not. If I do, I'll be sure to share that photo.
