Only here for a moment

Like a beautiful sunrise, we are only here for a moment. Many situations happen in life and we must remember how important it is to value every moment. This year for me I decided that I will focus on looking after my family first and then getting my business up and running. In old age, I don't want to have any regrets. I would rather try and fail than have fear of getting anything done. In my short life, there are many things I have experienced and done. I have also gone out of my way to live in another part of the world. At the age of 18 years old, I left home and started my life without having any guidance around me. I enjoyed that time of my life because I could make decisions on my own.

As I got older, I realized that if I make any stupid decisions in my life I would have to live with the consequences. I tried to make wise decisions but when they say your network is your net worth, it is not a lie. I spent time with individuals that were not serious about life and I found myself getting involved in areas that I did not anticipate. Eventually, I realized that It was not my personality and decided to get back to myself again. Too late, I had already carried forward some luggage that is still with me today. However, I wanted to change my trajectory and so in 2019, I embarked on this journey with WA. It was at that time that I started getting more aware of what I wanted to achieve. I also decided to draw closer to my family whom I had not had a chance to spend time for almost 20 years. If I had my time again, I know some things I could do better, but in life, you can't linger too much in the past, you must learn from it and move forward with what you have. I enjoy the time I have now to focus on the things that I enjoy and for those difficult moments, I just pace myself moment by moment.
