Hard Work Pays Off - Top 200
Woke up this monring to a lovely surprise! Top 200!
I can't say that this is something that I was really working towards, and I know that ranking here at WA doesn't really matter all that much. It still feels great knowing that I am progressing as I go along in my journey here.
It is strange for me to think of myself as someone that could help and offer assistance to another member. I feel as though I have so much to learn still, as I still think of myself as a newbie around here.
I still have a lot of questions as I go along, and am so grateful for everyone in my network that I can rely on! So thank you to each and every one of you who have helped me grow over the past three months.
Short term goals moving forward:
1. Continue to help out in the community each day
2. Create Pinterest training
3. Create another YouTube video linking to my site
4. Up my site content by creating at least 3 posts per week over 1000 words

Since starting here at WA I have found that goal setting is a huge part of my daily life now. It lets me know the little successes along the way and keeps me motivated as I check each one off. Especially on those days where I find that I am doubting myself.

The hard work does pay off, in the long run, no matter if you are working toward it or not. You made the top 200 and I am in the top 25 and I didn't even know that I made Ambassador until I got the email.
I am just working to get my site right and get sales not even thinking about my rank. But yes it is a nice surprise. And it came at the right time too.
Because we accomplish these little milestones that get us to the bigger milestones. Congratulations on accomplishing this milestone.

My short term goals are still around some basics such as, learning how to improve the structure and appearance of my website and learn how to work with Pinterest and other social media platforms. However my most important goal is to develop a growth mindset as I believe I have been approaching all this learning with a fixed mindset according to some articles I have been reading recently. ( Ref: my recent blogs). thanks for sharing.
