Hey everyone,
Man this week I've been feeling sick.
Tuesday - My lower back hurt so much when I got out of the car from my 5 hour ride . (My mom was like: you're young, you shouldn't have back pain due to a long car drive, you're not in your 50's/60's.
Wednesday - I woke up double the migraine with heavier back pain and no voice! (Not a single sound because my ride from the day before, was so cold.)
Thursday - I woke up and had a bit of voice and a migraine again - still trying to get my voice back.
