Thanks, Monica.
I have a few hurdles to jump. But I have to do it to reach the goal that ChatGPT showed me.
JD
That's an ambitious goal, but like many goals, you'll be able to reach it if you go about it steadily and consistently and don't expect overnight results.
Thanks, Isabella.
Chatty says 2 years is possible to reach that goal without burnout or hurting myself. But the slow steady way could take 3 1/2 years.
JD
But you'll start feeling better long before you look like that fit person that Chatty created for you.
I hope so, Isabella.
Years ago I did a fitness kick and lost some weight, but I never got to the point some people talk about of feeling good or feeling like I needed/had to exercise. But I was working 30-40 hrs a week, and might not have been sleeping as well as I should have, due to my weight.

Focus your diet on whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, while reducing refined carbs and added sugars. Ensure adequate hydration and practice mindful eating to support a sustainable calorie deficit.
As Monica says, I think just by perhaps replacing puddings with fresh fruit, mindful eating - ie not eating a whole bar of chocolate while you are thinking of the next part of a story or a packet of chips without noticing while watching TV... will put you on the right road...
Thanks, Isabella.
To both you and Monica. I am not ready to get serious about it because I need to concentrate on my websites and get them finished.
But I will keep your advice in mind when I do start.

This certainly works for busy dads as well Monica..... although, some of those exercises do stretch certain parts of me a little far my friend! :-))
