What's happiness?
Happiness is what Greek call "Eudaimonia", a response to living a good life and flourishing, rather than simply an emotion.
If the happiness was in the money and publicity then why most of our well known elites with all the health and wealth will put their lives at risk.
A recent publication suggest "Happiness is a habit. Some are born with it; others have to choose it"
By shifting your perception away from negativity and embracing positive attitude can make one more happier. But it easier said then done.
Sometime, simple act of kindness, care, being satisfied with yourself in health and wealth can make one happy.

There is happiness out there for everyone! Sometimes people just don't see it, and it is right there :-) Have a very happy weekend!!
Happiness means many different things...and some people don't know what happiness is even when they are smacked in the face by it!

i think it's really really really important to try and recognize what makes YOU as an individual happy, and not judge it. For me, I like knitting, crocheting, reading, having lunch with a friend, walking on the beach, being with my dogs and cats and cleaning. Other people like travelling (me, not so much, I am a homebody), adventure, spontaneity, parties, socializing and meeting new people. Everyone is different, and it's important to recognize and be content with what makes YOU happy.
You are spot on. Being content and recognising what makes you happy is the key. Sometimes it is not about you, it is others who in some way or other make you happy. Thanks
