I'm Furious!
Hello Everyone,
I haven't posted here in a long while, I must apologize for that, but today I needed to vent!! I went to my website to bring up my comments score, and offer comments. I got this message, "We're sorry too many of your previous comments have been reported as spam, being inappropriate, or low quality. You do not have the ability to leave further comments."
WHAT!!! Are they kidding me!!! I've had 13 comments and only 3 of them were disapproved. I really don't understand this. If I can't comment on some else's work, how can I bring up my score? Has anyone else gone through this, and if you have what did you do? This is so frustrating!!
Whew!! I'm done venting, I feel better. I had to get that off my mind. I want my scores to improve, and this isn't helping. I'm just wondering if this is permanent.
I would like some input on this matter. Thanks in advance.

Someone had this problem a few months ago and contacted Kyle and got it fixed I think...I don't remember who it was.

I've never been so upset!! I've been offering comments on my site comments since last year, and now I get this, not cool. I can't get my site health up if this is not letting me comment.

It has happened to me also but I got it resolved by Kyle at Loes' advice. She left a comment below.
Sometimes it's because the comments are short. There are various reasons.

I think I may have confused some people. The comments is on my site health, the offer comments section. That's where I can't offer comments, not on my website comments. I'm so sorry for the confusion.

No there no confusion. I experienced the same thing on my site health, so what I said applies to your situstion.
Sorry, you've got that message, I have read more people get this. Most of them had the feedback mixed up with the comments. They gave feedback - about the layout - instead of commenting on the blog. I don't know the reason why your comments were disapproved. I once read, someone disapproved a comment because he had enough already on his post. You always get an explanation.
You can write to Kyle if he wants to restore your ability to give comments.

Hi Mary, I am sorry to hear that. It has not happened to me so cannot really help you. I am sure there is a decent explanation to that and also an alternative in some way.
The title of this blog will probably not be encouraging much feedback, but am sure there is some one who can explain this matter. In my opinion, if the title was a plea for help might help more. Anyway just an opinion. Wish you every success and an opportunity to fix this matter. Sincerely,

Sorry you are upset! I must be missing something here, but where exactly did you get that message? You said on YOUR website? But you have control over it? Site comments? Some forum? Social media?

I got the message on my site comments. That's what I don't understand about the whole thing. I can't make comments on other posts to bring my comment score up. It sucks!! I'm just so upset!
