Sorry I've been away from WA the past month due to recent knee surgery. Turns out I had two tears of the meniscus of the knee. When the joint can't move freely due to a tear in the cartilage it can be most painful simply from a twising injury. On top of it I had a ruptured cyst to the back of the knee so elevation and ice was key to the recovery along with surgery. I'm just starting to return to WA. Thank you all for keeping the posts coming!
