So glad you're asking this question Martin, especially as I asked something similar the other day.

Having been a member since September, it's taken me quite some time to get my head around this - a work in progress, no doubt. Only in the past week have I found a groove I'm happy with, but gee I spend a lot of time on the computer!!

I don't have a strict time schedule as such. It's simply not how I operate. However, I've found that I only write one post every 2-3 days because it takes me so much time to find the photos to match - remembering that my blog is my memoirs.

I'm also taking the time to read and reply to WA blog posts (like this one), but only if I'm moved to. I used to put everything into a "come back to it later" file, but then never came back to it, as it all snowballs!! So I now take action - if I am moved to. The greater our network, the more WA blogs and training we could possibly do. None of us have 100 hours in a day. Finding a balance is the challenge, let alone opening the flood gates to the cash, and we each need to find our own way of doing that so it suits our own individual needs.

I have no doubt that what we're doing here will work - if we continue to take at least baby steps towards our goals every single day.

One example was when I got hung up on pretty links and spent all my time trying to figure it out. Rather than moving on and coming back to it later.

G'day Marlin, I break my day up. If you allocate 1 hour for product/keyword Jaaxy, and two hours for blogging/website work , 1 hour for emails, 2 hours training.
I write down all tasks on a daily planner and have a clock .. that's for me or I'll shoot off on another tangent and like you say 'get nothing done'.
The monetary goals.. Kyle and Carson and whoever can't control what you do.
I am trying (hard head gets in the way sometimes) to follow step by step what has been done before me. It's a tried and proven path and there's no reason why we can't do the same.... and focus back on your WHY.

yes I quite agree Marlin , I am up to jaaxy too ...and there's even a tutorial on how to use that .
However its all time consuming to get it right on every step .
The more you continue to duplicate things each day it will become habitual ......
