Thanks Joskieman, The personal development I had in mind was self help books such as. The power of positive thinking, Think and grow rich, But am not sure that's were its at for me. I should probably develop my current site more till I got it nailed down what I need to do.

You are on the right track. Your way of thinking is perfect. and you are very right to get results you must go toward them. And as for the WA niche I chose to do the affiliate site first then went my own direction once I really found my love of life "Technology" and created my life goal to make this website a success.

Your niche "Personal Development" What kind is it? can you compress it or dig deeper into it to find one that will function better when promoting? But make sure that you don't dig so much you loose yourself into that spectrum. :)
