What Have I "Done"?

I was talking to someone about my experience with Wealthy Affiliate and they kept trying to get to the money question. At one point, this person said, "All that stuff in the training is great but what have you done?"

I knew what he meant. "What have you earned? How much money is coming your way?"

I stumbled my way through some explanation about how I learned a whole lot and was still finishing up training . . . I was flustered.

Now that I've had time to think about it, this is what I've done -

• I've learned a wealth of information - with more yet to come - about exactly how affiliate marketing works.
  
• I checked for affiliate programs on some sites/app-based programs, thinking it was a long shot, only to discover that they actually do have affiliate programs (iTunes, for example!)
• I've created two websites that have gotten indexed on Google and are working toward being ranked. I've also moved two domains I already owned from Wordpress to WA and those two sites are indexed and growing as well.
• I've found a community of supportive individuals who will cheer me on, answer questions, offer feedback, and keep inspiring me forward.

In short, I'm learning and growing daily. The paycheck will come. For now, I'm satisfied laying a strong foundation and working my way through the training.
