I think we've all struggled with unproductive days or weeks, right? It's a common problem. A single unproductive day isn't too big of a problem but for me, sometimes the inertia of not doing anything yesterday grabs me and holds me hostage. Yesterday sucked so why struggle today? I'll never get back that lost time. Those types of thoughts don't help at all.
The writer challenge group I'm in is very encouraging, supportive of goals, and offers a lot of resources. This link was in the check in post today.

Anyway, the article has a lot of useful information on how to recover from an unproductive day and I think a lot of it is applicable to what we do here at WA in addition to other types of writing and jobs. I needed to read it and it helped my mindset. I hope it can help others too.
