So true most people hear but they only listen a word people say and furthermore if I can listen to my kids instead of hearing I can guide them a little better
I agree, and my whole reason for joining Toastmasters - I am terrible at listening. I am learning to listen to other speakers and to be able to give an honest evaluation of what I listened to.
