Arthritis
Have you ever heard about Arthur (arthritis), the Arthur that affects any part of your body he wants to? I mean, when Arthur hit you it is very painful. That"s what I have been dealing with lately.
Friday morning I woke up feeling fantastic. I went out to take care of a few things, still feeling good. I got home about 1:00 pm Friday afternoon and I could not get out of my car. I when to move my left leg and I was having a problem getting it to move. So now I am scared, What is going on with my leg. I can feel the pain in my right hip at this time. I didn't attempt to move it again, I went straight to the doctor.
When I got to the doctor"s office, I managed to get out of my car and get inside the doctor"s office. When the nurse saw me she got a wheelchair for me and helped me into a room to be seen by the doctor.
After going through several tests, the doctor told me I have arthritis in my right hip and a little in my lower back. Just imagine not being able to move your leg to get out of your car. Scary ha!!
I am doing better and ready to get back to my training with WA.
If you have never heard of Arthur before just look out for him, he"s a bad boy and done care where he hit you at, arthritis that is!!

Hi lesabre, thank for responding to my blog. I drink alkaline water everyday. I have never heard of alkaline foods. I would appreciate that info, thanks.
Hi Mildred, Arther is extremely nasty. I wrote a post on it and some of the natural things you can do to ease the pain.

Hi Mildred. Yes, Arthur is no fun to have. Unfortunately, as we get older he bangs on our bodies, some more than others.

Hi Wanda, how are you? Sorry for the late reply. That Arthur is no joke, isn't he. You know, when I was young I never thought about pain. I never thought I would have any pain. So, when it hit me it was painful. I am doing much better. Thanks for your comment
