While I would like to hear what I am doing right, I would love to hear what I am doing wrong- any comments would be greatly appreciated- thanks,

Nice website so far. You've got really good content and a very nicely organized site. Reading through your content, I think that you will be able to connect well with readers who are also dealing with depression. Adding a personal touch and sharing some of your personal experiences is what helps build relationships with people.

In terms of design, I would recommend using more calming and cool colors such as blue. I think the yellow might be a bit too much for your readers. You want them to feel calm when they get to your website (in my opinion). This could be accomplished by making the background blue instead of diagonal lines. Also I would probably use blue links rather than highlighting them, as highlighting them is a bit confusing and doesn't look as good in my opinion.

Finally, its not immediately apparent to me if you're monetizing this site somehow. You could have a look for some info-products to promote (check out clickbank, but make sure the product you decide on is legit). You could also sell various accessories such as tension balls, or motivational books. You could also just throw adsense on there and get paid every time someone clicks on an ad.

Anyways, great work so far and good luck with the site!

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback! Personally, I love yellow, but realize that it might be too much- thanks again, Mike

You have a lot of varied information for one article and posting. I strongly suggest you split up the various techniques into separate articles each built around one key phrase. This key phrase then becomes the focus of the posting and each page can rank separately in the search engines. You can then write articles and send different articles resource boxes to different pages. This will also give you the opportunity to monetise around different items on each posting. Great content though - just too much on one page.
