There is a lot to learn, there is great support to learn and grow, we all have our own pace and expertise.

Learn from those who have already succeeded. Don't be afraid to try things out, and make some mistakes. Pursue areas you are passionate about.

Don't look back, don't compare yourself with others' and learn from the best! Plus what Rick said....lol !
