Hopefully, she remembers her exact username and password and keys it all in correctly ...
Or the other thought is did she seemingly 'spam' the platform in any possible way ...
Is she a starter member and hasn't been active over a very long time ...
anyway, those are a few possible scenarios ....
hope it all gets sorted out well .. cheerio ... :)

She is active and remembers her username and password. the problem is: when she clicked "login", the box of "email and password" didn't pop up.

I found a good domain and want to build a new site with it. Can I duplicate my content ( rewrite title and keywords) from my old site to the new one? Google will punish my new
do a redirect OR rewrite you content slightly. There are a million five steps to..... and they all say the same thing. you can use the same content of you don't cut and paste but re-word it.
That would be duplicate content. If you want to change your domain name and your site is hosted here, just click the move button. WA will do a 301 redirect for your whole site to your new domain.
