Click "Websites" under your profile, then click "Site-Domains", scroll down to the bottom and you will see the instructions there.

You can carry the domain from another hosting site by going to websites>domains and following the step listed. If you have a new domain here and you want your old content in the new domain, it takes awhile but you just copy and paste from old to new.
