Where does it come from?

Every day we wake up (thankfully) and get out of bed with choices to make. They start off simple at first. Should I put on my slippers to walk across the cold floor or risk cold feet to wake up faster, a little shock therapy to get up to? Do you purposely agitate yourself so you get out of bed to get your day started or are you one that wakes up cheery and bright with no need of that?
Your morning's first choice is not about cold floors and slippers but what shade do you want to open first to let the sunshine in the brightest?! It is so far the opposite end of the spectrum from aggravating yourself until you get up. I see the difference in the desire to face the day in each of us making our choices for us.
Where does that come from? Why are some of us afraid to face the day and its challenges while others are ready to conquer the day as if it were their enemy to be beaten. What makes one person see the day different from another?
We all have 24 hours in our days. We all face challenges in each day and we all have some kind of responsibilities that we need to address each day too. What makes one person ready for it and another not? I can tell you. It is very simple and basic.

It is all in your attitude and how you see yourself. You need to take a look inside at yourself before you blame anything or anyone on why you may not be ready to face the day. You can come up with a million reasons on why things did not go as planned, we all could at one point or another. It is not how many times we got knocked down each day but how many times we got back up, dusted ourselves off and got back going again.
Your attitude that drives you to get up ready to face the day with excitement of the newness it brings. The challenges of the new day will be enough to keep you occupied so there is no need to try to take on more than what you can handle. Start the day with your positive attitude and it will break down barriers that otherwise would stall you.
A bad attitude comes ready to procrastinate and avoid tasks that could lead to confrontations and challenges. It will have you moving slower and more methodical, picking apart every little detail of things around you taking valuable time up making your day waste away. A bad attitude can make you miss golden opportunities because you were in the wrong places at the wrong times.
Where do bad attitudes come from? They come from being too stressed, over anxious, from not getting enough quality sleep, (you can be in bed for 8 hrs but if you only sleep for 3 quality hrs then it is only good for 3 hrs and 5 wasted hrs), over worked, pressures of real life (bills, bills and more bills) and maybe relationship issues. It is hard to separate work attitude and home attitude when we no longer visit a brick and mortar building for work.
Can we find ways to help to stop falling into the bad attitude trap? Yes! We can! We can make one of the rooms in our home/apartment a work room. Make this room an office for you where it has your computer and has a door that can be closed and locked. Set a schedule for yourself. Whatever you can reasonably make, do it but make it for that room.
Example, I will be working 9 am to 1 pm M-F so during that time, I am with my laptop, at my desk in that bedroom converted to my office with the door locked. I am unavailable to the family during this time. I can focus on work during this time. My attitude should be all about being positive towards growing my website in some manner. I will have a laid out to-do list. Seeing things get done on a list, checking them off, gives you a sense of accomplishment. It increases the positive attitude and will help to make our day's choices easier as we go along
