As a wealthy affiliate memember I think sitting at my computer and trying to make an online business can be sometimes ovewhelming, especially for newbies like myself. So, in order to balance my life, and refocus everyday, I make sure I get out and do something healthy in mother nature.Well, we all know how awesome sports can be in mother nature. Here are my top ten lists why I think sports in nature is a must for all of us.

1. Sports in mother nature will be the ultimate cleanser from all bad habits which we all know can be killers in the long run.
2. Sports in nature allows one to breathe cleaner air.
3. Nature cause a natural meditation while doing sports in her midst.
4. Nature will more than often challenge you. Isn't that what you want?
5. Sports in nature introduces a sense of calm.
6. We might not know it, but while the pores open in nature we release bodily toxins and in return absorb the freshness of nature.
7. It makes you live longer.
8. It's free, you will never have to sign up for gym memberships.
9. here is where you will definitely think of your next project.
10. It's a great place to discuss confidential matters with your own self, reach a conclusion and at the end of the day make sound decisions. So what are you waiting for ? get up off that couch and go out into mother nature and felt the life come alive in you.
