Two more referrals
I have two more referrals this week , have checked that my automatic welcome letters went out but when checking I noticed that thee Field that I had designated ( firstname) did not put in the referrals firstname - Can any one tell me why this is also so far I have had three referrals this month, but none of them have completed their profiles thereby setting up their free accounts, I am obviously getting visitors on my website but how do I get their emails so that I can follow up their interest, I suppose I will have to set up a capture page on Aweber so that I can start building a list has any one else done this if so how aare you getting on with it , I have set up an account with get response but I am not sure what the monthly charges are , I know that Aweber is about 12.97 a month for under 500 addresses or it may be 200 , I have to be careful I am on a very tight budget and if I go overdrawn on my Bank account again they will close my account and I don't want to cash in my two Bitcoins . The last time in February I overdrew by 3.87 and they were going to close my account even though they have my pension payment every Monday like clockwork Banks now days are not as flexible as they used to be. not in The UK at least.

Great Job Merry, I had fiften refferals last month and I havent gotten 1 convert!! am saddened, I also put the name in also and the letters were all sent with the same name lol, now we know maryjoes name is not sean, that was hard because im afraid it scraed them away, so now I dont put the names in, we do ahve an option to pm them, wish I had a response from anyone as to why they havent set up their accounts, good luck and let me know if that works for you on the capture, although I always took our policy for real and thought it meant their email security was there and didnt want to bother them with emails right?

Yes I had another one yesterday but none have completed setting up their free accounts , and no conversions as yet Kyle said the average conversion delay is about 17 days,
So I'll have to wait a see. Good luck .

I use MailChimp.com; they are free up to 12,000 emails per month (or close to this number). Some people don't like their logo, but they have more than one to choose from - I just use the words "powered by mailchimp". That's the price you pay for free, but I've used it for the past three years and have had no problems. They also provide great tutorials on how to set-up capture forms, etc. Hope this helps. ~Cathy

That's the name I was trying to think of "MailChimp" Your a star , I'm not a penny pincher but I recently spent a year with Aweber and didn't use it and while I am not earning I cannot afford any more monthly payments I've budgeted for My WA payments when I start earning I will be able to pay for a service so I will try and use them thanks again Cathy.

The only thing with MailChimp is that they are very strict with affiliate links.
Get Response is a bit cheaper than Aweber.
I am not sure how it works as I am not promoting WA, hope you get the answers you need, well done your on your way

I've been using Aweber for 8 years. It's $1 for the first 30 days, and then $19 monthly after that for up to 500 subscribers. Then it goes up to $29 between 501-2500 subscribers.
They pay 30% commissions. So get 3 to 4 referrals who continue, and your cost will be offset.
Listwire is a free autoresponder service that some use. They send ads to your list, but free always has a price. You can ask Andy (noomda ploom). I think he might still be using it. He has a post on his WA blog.
