At Last I have manged to clear my Website Email inbox, I've answered all the follows, all the comments , all the messages, Culled all the blog posts put them in another file for later reference , I hope I haven't missed anyone out .
My Plan is to clear my website in-box each day from 8 am to 10 am , then get on with my Training between 10 am and 12 midday, Lunch 12 to 1 then more training and video's until 4 pm Then when Pammy's back at school next month I will do the school run at 4 pm then 5 pm to 7 Pm swimming, 8 to 10 R&R and supper.

Got another referral today that's four this week so something is happening, that's not bad for 3 months Now lets pray for some upgrades too premium ,
