I just got one of those comments, and I have send a PM to this person, and told the difference between a comment and feedback, I have informed him that I would approve his comment and would tweak it a little. And gave him my training: How to use the new comment feature and how to write a good comment He is only a member here for a couple of weeks.
I got a very pleasant reaction back, apologies and thanks for helping him.
Edit or delete the comment. PM the person and let them know that site comments are not for feedback
you have two choices you can edit the comment or if it really is no good to you simply do not approve it and delete it. I agree with Marion you could email them

Send a polite private message to the person concerned so they'll understand why you haven't approved the comment or they'll keep making the same mistake.
