How To Add Plugins To Your New Website

After you have created your new website, you need to activate some plugins.

First things first. You have to log into your new site.

Hover over the light blue SiteRubix button (where you created your new site), then click on SiteManager.

Next, you will click on Log in Now, then click on the other Login Now button when it comes up..

This should bring you to your Website's back office. Click on Plugins and you should see a list with 4 plugins. The bottom one is already activated for you. Click the boxes on the other 3. You can activate them separately, but I clicked on Bulk Actions, then Activate, then Apply and did them all at once. (see 2nd picture down)

Once you click Apply, a button will come up, welcoming you to the All in One SEO. Click

n Dismiss.

Now you need to Activate your Akismet account. Click on the blue button.

If you ever have to go back to activate your akismet account, you can do so by going to Settings, then scroll down and find Akismet.

You can sign up for your akismet account by going to akismet.com. Click on Say Goodbye to Comment Spam and follow the directions. Make sure you choose the free option to the left.

Note: When you get to this page of the Akismet sign up, all you have to do is slide the What is Akismet button to the left, until the dollar amount reaches zero $0.00, then simply click continue.

I click on Silently Discard the Worst Spam, but you don't have to. I leave the comment box unchecked. Again..personal preference. Now, click save changes.

And that's it on the plugins. That wasn't so bad, was it? Well, maybe just a little, but we're are done with adding plugins for now and these are some of the more important ones.
