Public Speaking Opportunity

Today, I also wanted to share with you a little story of what happened to me this weekend...

I was spending some time on FB, sharing the latest interview I published on my blog, about a woman entrepreneur in Belgium...

While doing so on one of the FB groups I'm a member of, related to entrepreneurship, I came across somebody else's post there... that person was looking for speakers for a fair about entrepreneurship organised in April by a University close to where I live, and for a fundraiser orgnised in March by a non-profit organisation in Brussels...

Because I recently healed my fear to be seen, I thought it would be a good idea to enquire about it and see if I would be a good fit... one thing leading to another, I am now scheduled to speak at this fundraiser in less than 2 weeks. :-)

The woman asked me to send her a short description of what I would talk about and a short bio, before today. That deadline first felt a little too close, but then I invited my inspiration to manifest itself and within minutes, my description and bio were ready. I sent it out and it was approved.

I really felt that I was in the flow... it was a great feeling! And now, I need to get ready for this public speaking opportunity. I feel very excited about it and wanted to share that with you.

Sometimes, when we're in the flow, opportunities come to us that we were not expecting... it is then up to us to seize them or not, and do our best.

I don't know what is going to come out of this talk but I know it is a great adventure. :-) Another one of life's waves that I am going to ride with passion and enthusiasm.
